Private Day Trip to Essaouira – Departing from Marrakech

Set off and discover one of the Atlantic coast iconic towns: Essaouira!

Your journey will begin from your hotel in Marrakech heading to Essaouira, a special little gem perched on the shores of the Atlantic waters.
Essaouira is known for its relaxed vibe that attracts a good flow of tourists every year, mainly painters, musicians, writers, and surfers that enjoy the strong ocean winds.

Accompanied by your guide, you’ll visit the busy harbor and port, as well as one of the many cooperative that produces argan oil along with many other edible local products.

Around midday, some free time is scheduled for you to have lunch wherever you wish. You can feast on the freshest fish and seafood, with a Moroccan salad, fries, bread and drinks. The menues are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the food is to die for.

After your lunch break, you can continue your little tour by visiting the town markets, the colorful galleries, the boutiques, the bars, and the famous jewellery quarter where you can buy little souvenirs.

We will head back to Marrakesh around 6:30 pm.

• Departure point: your hotel in Marrakech (This is only valid for hotels located in the urban area of Marrakech)
• Time: 7 am for those who’re staying at hotels that are located within the urban perimeter of Marrakech. If you are staying outside this area, you can book a a shuttle service at your hotel to bring you to the pick-up point for your excursion.
• Duration: 11 hours 30 minutes approx.
• Languages : The tour is available in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian.
• To take part in this activity, simply bring your voucher to show it to the service provider on the excursion day.
• Drop-off service is only available for hotels located in the centre of Marrakech.
• The distance between Marrakech and Essaouira is about 175 kilometres.
• A minimum of 2 participants is required for this activity.
