Along with your driver and guide, you will leave your hotel and take the shuttle bus. The day will start with a visit to the famous 70-meter high minaret of Koutoubia Mosque, followed by a big tour at the architectural gem Bahia Palace. FACT : Did you know that Bahia Palace was the fruit of the commitment and hard work of over a thousand craftsmen for a whole 7 years ? Crazy, right ?
You will then head to discover where some great sultans of all time lie : The Saadian Tombs. A lunch break is scheduled, during which you can try out the traditional menu we’ve picked for you : a Moroccan salad, Kefta (meatballs) and egg tagine, seasonal fruits, tea and cake.
In the afternoon, You will visit the vast Menara Gardens. This breathtaking huge site extends over 250 hectares and is home to over 40 various types of olive trees. These trees surround a large basin like a long soft green veil.

Surely, we will not forget to take some time to walk around the ancient Medina’s narrow alleys and tiny markets that display colorful products of great quality : Basketry, spices, Berber carpets, rugs, jewelry, etc.

The warmth and ambiance of Djemaa El Fna is the best way to end your tour of the day. You will love the shiny little lights, the smells of spicies and delicious Moroccan street food, the freshly squeezed orange juice , the funny jokes and the tales. It is where the inhabitants of Marrakesh go when they want to feel at home the most.
